Secret Garden Card

I made a new card for the next Stampin’ Up meeting card swap. I used the SU Secret Garden stamp set and the matching dies. Also used is the Paper Doily Sizzlet. The butterfly is one of SU’s MDS digital stamps that I just printed out and colored.

New Cards

I have been making a few more card ideas for my classes and came up with these. I finally broke open my Spellbinders Butterflies and got the SU doily die to work pretty well using wax paper and this metal sheet I had gotten at the Scrapbook Convention. Then when the wax paper is cut I have something else I can use. I made a few more variations on my previous cards as well.

Flower Cards

It’s been awhile since I have been on here and we have had a lot going on. I sat down a few nights last week and made these cards for the Director at work who was leaving. It gave me a chance to come up with some ideas for my next classes. I hadn’t had any since December. Like I said, we have had a lot going on the last couple of months. Spent some time reading some others great blogs and looking at all they had been working on and it inspired me to finally post something again. Some of the pictures turned out sideways. I can't figure it out. They were not that way when before I uploaded them. ???

I used several Stampin' Up sets  and even a Hero Arts one for the cards.

Hello Everyone,

It’s Jenn again writing to remind you about my classes for next weekend.

The first one on is on Friday evening, November 16th  from 7:00 – 10:00, and the second one will be on Sunday afternoon, November 18th from 2:00 – 5:00.

The cost is $15.00 and we will be making a couple of cards, two of each and a little project.  

***The supplies you will need to bring are some small scissors and your favorite tape runner and/or glue.***

October Card Class Cards

I just had my October Card Class last night, and here are the cards that we made. Next classes will be November 16^th and 18^th. Post to follow.

I made two versions of this card because I 

couldn't decide how I liked it. 

I let everyone make it this way or the other.

I used many expired stamp sets this time. 

I couldn't help it, there are so many cute ones out there.

Made with a different wood embossing folder. 

It is the Tim Holtz Alterations one.

This stamp is made by Hero Arts. 

The SU one has more stem on it 

and the flowers are smaller 

but I still like it.

Retired medallion stamp and paper,

but current leaves and flower punch.

Another retired set made 

with more current SU items.

I joined Stampin' Up again recently after taking a break for awhile when I was taking some classes and will be placing an order on Monday October 29th.
